All is Well

Not too much going on. Just "normal" wife led things such as:
....I mentioned that my car needs gas. She replied, "Mine too." She fully expects never to pump gas again.
....While washing the dishes with another guy at a friends house she came up and simply put her greasy hand under the water and said "Wash."
.....Made me likc some whip cream off her fingers infront of others.
.....Just after I busted my ass cleaning up all the dishes and finally sat down for some pecan pie, she looks across our friends rather large living room and makes her hands into a cup. Up I go to serve her coffee.

Take care.

Quick Update

Not much has been going on. Still definately a wife led marriage. Some small things which keeps it alive between more "major":) events. I find the little things more important. This seems to be a common theme among men in wife led marriages.

I did have two fun things happen. First was that I was attempting a gotee even though my wife hates facial hair. Another soccer mom noticed and commented on it. I told her that it might not last since (wife's name) doesn't like it. She replied, "So you'll keep it until (wife's name) puts her foot down." It wasn't really a question, more of a statement. I said, "Yes, that pretty much sums it up."

The second is that my wife and I are interested in pilates. I initiated the idea and started looking into different studios. She told me about one and I checked it out yesterday. When the instructor called me she asked how I heard of them. "My wife told me to check you all out."

"Oh. Well, a happy wife is a happy life." Hmmmmm, where did I hear that before. LOL

Point and Fetch

Being over 40, our wild friday date night consisted of...........food shopping. Whoooo hoooooo. Actually, it made sense as our children had many things to do on Saturday. Oh, and she said so.

It started out fairly benign. She say we need some vegetables and point at some and I'd grab a bag and then the veggies. Then it happened. Totally out of the blue. She was reaching for some Betty Crocker Brownie Mix on the top shelf and either she bumbed or her jacket it, whatever, a box of lemon cake mix on about the 2nd shelf. It fell to the supermarket floor and she just pointed. Didn't say a word. Didnt even look at me. Just pointed at the fallen box. I quickly bent over and replaced it on the shelf. And yes, it was a turn on. I think a 60 y.o. women saw it because when I looked up, she quickly looked away.

I'd write more but I'm off to the kitched to stuff myself in the hopes that we can go food shopping again soon.
